Hmmm - just been doing a bit of research and it looks like my pencils have been charged 15% duty as notebooks and stationery like that rather than 2.7% as pencils. Thieving you know whats.

thats one of the difficulties of buying from USA! there are always inconsistancies with custom charges

hope you get it sorted but I wouldn't count on it being resolved
