Penny Black Stamps

Hello Everybody, I hope you don't mind me jumping in. I've been looking at all your beautiful cards and reading this thread reminded me I had actually got some Penny Black stamps that I had never used properly!

I know it's not a card but I just wondered if you'd like to have a look anyway as it was your thread which reminded me about these stamps (they cost a lot of money too so it's a bit of a disgrace I've not used them!).

We welcome all creations with these stamps in this thread, not just cards. It's wonderful to see them being used in such and effective way.

Thanks Kevin and Erika! I'm just glad you reminded me that I had them! I now think I'm going to stamp them on everything ..... if it stands still long enough!

I'm just about to start a 50th birthday card for a colleague at work, who doesn't 'do cute' and doesn't want to be reminded of her age so I think these may be the solution in some way. Watch this space!!

All I can say is WOW WOW WOW!! I've never seen a LO with so much stamping and it just looks fantastic!! You must be really proud of it!

I am proud of it, but basically because it only took me a couple of days to do unlike my normal efforts which seem to go on for weeks! I am the slowest crafter in the western hemisphere!

Out of all the wonderful stamps that are available Penny Blacks still have to be our favourite...we have 34 of them & have just ordered some more! We just love the cute images & they are so versatile.

I was just looking at our old post & realised our PB count has now gone up to 56!! - thats 22 new PB's in a couple of months!!!! - Thats not normal..is it???????????
