I am getting emails from her every day about a problem she is having logging in but no mail from me is getting thru to her. Since she can't log in, I can't PM her. I don't know if it's just MY mail that is being blocked or all mail.

Does anyone know her IRL? I hate for her to think I'm ignoring her

I dont know her, could you still try to PM her as she might be able to read your message though her own email - meaning - when I get a PM i also get an email on Hotmail and I can read what the PM says there as well?
Just a thought

Try having someone else email her to the address she is using to send the emails, but also to the address in her profile (which I assume you as an admin can see).

Am I being daft but it says on her bio that her last activity was 10pm ish last night, doesn't that mean she has been on the site?

Yes, I've had someone else email her and am awaiting a reply. The fact she tried to sign on, even if she never mamanged it is probably enough to make that listed as her last activity - she did manage to send me a message from the UKS mailer at that time so that is correct. But it did not come with her user name, but as Unregistered. Somethng is def up, but I have no idea what till I make contact!
