Question Magnolia stamps query on policy????

    I'm hoping someone can help....

I'm trying to find out Magnolia's policy on use of their stamps, as I know some rubber stamp companies do not allow selling of the finished product. Is Magnolia and Angel company does anyone know? I've been hunting around for the answer and not got anywhere yet
    Thanks

As far as I am aware Magnolia allows you to stamp by hand and use that stamped image on items you sell. It does not allow you to sell the stamped items in bulk or on the net but if they are made into a card for example, the card itself can be sold.

I hope this is the correct information.

    Magnolia are an angel company!
We allow our images to be used on items for resale as long as everything is hand stamped. Please do not reproduce any of our images electronically or mechanically, by means of computers or copy machines.

Ok, thanks....maybe a sponsor could confirm?

I have seen the image on a well know auction site but it's selling the finished cards that I'm querying as I do sell some of mine.

Thank you Persephone, must have been typing at the same time lol. I had trouble navigating the Magnolia site, for some reason my pc didn't like it and kept freezing

I'm not the one selling on ebay, but if the policy is that you can sell them as long as they are not hand stamped the people on ebay are technicly not doing anything wrong.
Alot of people don't know where to get the stamps and thats why they are selling on ebay. There was a stamp sold the other day and made £10 supply and demand.

spose the key words are 'on items' although some people would take that to mean 'on paper'

Magnolia do have a clause forbidding any ebay sales in their terms and conditions somewhere but I can't find it now.
