5 Today Template help needed

Hi Everyone managed to do attached in inscape. What I would like to do now is a smaller 5 and individual letters for today so that they fit into design (if you know what I mean) I used the Accent SF font.

Can't for the life of me get this.

When I do cards like this I do it all in Inkscape

I type the text that I want, copy it and then use the Path Outset option to expand it, and weld that to the side of the card as I want it, then I have the original letters to use for the mats

This thread may help as I was going through something similar with Donna recently
