Can someone please inform me on the copyright of the sugar nellies... are they angel policy.. or personal use only.. or limited stock policy ????

Sugar Nellie welcomes artists who would like to use our stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited license to use any Sugar Nellie stamp images for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale, under the following criteria:
Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited. This includes selling stamped sheets.
All Sugar Nellie images are copyrighted, which means that they may not be copied without permission

Looks like Karen might have a case against someone on ebay as there are stamped sheets of sugar on there.
After reading about the craft robo designs taken from here that where put on a cd and sold, they where able to get them taken of.

And seeing as some of the stamped images being sold are the new lola and simon ones, I'm guessing that Karen will be able to trace the probable person who's selling them

Hate the way these people sell on ebay against the mfers rules as that makes confidences on here distrustful. i saw it happen on the robo forum and the fallout was hoirrid

I see people have already bought some of the stamped images - should be easy enough to work out who lives in those locations! They should be ashamed of themselves

Yes we are aware of whats going on re ebay also in Europe these sheets are sold, It is not legal. The ebay seller today is a new one, the old two have been removed I think, they are not there anymore. Todays ebay seller has her name and address for all to see. A new customer to Funkykits and a gental reminder of the Sugar Nellie policy should be enough.
