I suppose it depends on whether they are going to remain your albums or whether you are planning to pass them on to your niece and nephew. Maybe if they are just for you- you could aim to have a baby album for each of them- but then keep the others all together in a general album for your niece and nephew.
I have an album for my one niece and try to put a few layouts a year in that one. The rest of the photos that I take of her with my children tend to go in our general albums.

So much to scrap, so little time
Depends whether they are gifts that you will give to them when they are older.
But I would use it as an excuse to scrap each event twice, in each one one of them is the main focus.
May points - Big fat zero so far.

well i was kind of thinking that when they are maybe 21 i will give them then, you knw when they are old enough to appreciate them

If your plan is to give to niece and nephew on their 21st Birthdays I would keep separate albums for him and her. I would be tempted to add LOs of the two of them together in each of their albums so you would do 2 LOs the same or similar. This would obviously be more work but it would be lovely in the future for him and her to each have a copy of them growing up together.

I anticipate this isnt going to be an easy decision

I am doing scrapbook albums for my 4 grandchildren to give them when they grow up,I try to put different photos in each one,so take a variety of photos of the same occasion, that way they are not identical.Carol ann

i would do the layout twice and put in both albums

I would keep seperate albums, especially if you're planning to give them as a present later on, you might want to duplicate a couple of things, but it would probably make it easier in the long run. Hope that helps a bit- tough decision! x

On a Stash Diet !!!
I want to do an album each for my GDs, and one for their Mummy (DD) as well.
The album for DD will have pages with both of my GDs as well as pages with just one of them.
The albums for my GDs will be primarily just the GD the album is for -- but also with some pages of the two of them. Being a sister is an important part of their lives, so I think they need these pages including

I like pics of both of mine together in each others albums, so they can look back on them
