I have both watercolour pencils and prismas, but I do prefer the prismacolour pencils overall and use them the most.

I like Aquatones, though I suppose they're another form of watercolour

Ooh yes, watercolouring with the stardust pens is fun and so blingy! Prismas get my vote as I love the fact the colour is much more vibrant than I seem to get with my watercolours.

Yup, just scribble a bit of colour with the stardust and then wash with the watercolour pen.

Depends on the paper, if I think it's going to absorb the ink too quickly before I get a chance to spread the colour out with my brush or if I don't want that deep a colour then I'll scribble a bit of the ink onto a bit of scrap plastic or acetate and pick the colour up with my brush and then add it to my image.

I've put watercolour pencils as I don't have the others but I also use H2Os sometimes too. Not really tired watercolouring with Sakura stardust pens, will have to try that.

I use watercolour pencils (derwent) but I don't think that the prismas most people on here use are the watercolour ones (they're oil based so that's why you need the blending solution to make them blend).
