MAGNOLIA stamp club nov/dec ...

I ordered some stamps, including one from the Nov/Dec kit directly on the 5th. I couldn't get paypal to work so I paid by credit card. Stamps arrived today.

Thanks, I'll give it a try anyway. They've had my money so I want my stamps. I ordered some Christmas ones but they will have to do for next year now.

I've not received mine either. Am quite annoyed!

I've ordered before with them, I received the first order (paid by paypal) and quite quickly too, I was quite impressed after the stories I read on here so I made another order again paid by paypal and never received it. I claimed through paypal for the second order and then went on to do another order but this time paid by credit card and they did arrive, not very quickly this time round. At the same time I made that order I paid for the stamp club kit and never ever received it. They even said on their blog if you hadn't received it to e-mail them, which I did, that was about 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Their customer service is VERY poor but unfortunately I am addicted to these little babies and can't stop ordering!

my friend who's on the DT too, spoke to them on the phone and apparently they have *problems* with paypal...
so I would stick to credit card if I was you.

still nothing here...
Only one payment has gone through my credit card (for 2 orders) but none of the amount match the credit card one !!!

I put in a claim with Paypal for my second order, receive my first order which I paid with my credit card. I think if you want to deal with Magnolia it is best to use your credit card.

Oh dear, I fancy the Stamp Kit, but a bit 'iffy' now.

Anyway, I have bought loads lately from Mrs Mac at Funky Kits (sponsors here), they have got a lot more new ones back in their website again and delivery is always really fast and efficient with them.

Another sponsor in the UK is Bryony at Silly Monkey Crafts (sponsors here), they have also had a huge selection recently delivered, all in stock and online. Again fantastic service from this company. I have no complaints.

The choice is getting better on the UK sites and although the prices are a bit more expensive I would rather get them securely and FAST!

Just got my 4th order from Magnolia this morning. I ordered them last Monday, paid by Payapl (waited 2 days for the Payal invoice though) and was gobsmacked when they arrived this morning, especially given the Xmas post! I've never (touch wood) had problems receiving my stamps from them.
