So many ideas, so little time ....
I used to have some pix of these on my wall when I was growing up .... so they must be old!!!!!!

A couple of months ago I made a stamped Flower Fairies 30th birthday card for a friend's daughter. She is definitely a fashionsita and is no way old fashioned. She has always loved anything Flower Fairy themed and so she was over the moon with the card.

i think coz the flower fairies are 'old' it's hard to make them up to date (iyswim)
i love them,i'd love to recieve on of them - esp the one with the yellow ribbon-but then again yellow is my fav colour!!!!!

That wouldn't be my CJ would it Heather?
I love them, but then I'm very (well fairly) old.
I recently got a 2008 flower fairy calendar with a magazine and was thrilled to find each month had a decoupage flower fairy to make. As I didn't need the calendar, I've spent the last few evenings making them into cards.

Guess flower fairies have been around for quite a while, but do not think that they have aged. They are still very current.
Just like disney characters like mickey mouse and donald duck.
Judging from the flower fairy products that we sell, they are all still very popular and current.
Children love them and so do I.
Love especially the tulip fairy and the yellow cards that you made.

Crdmaking and Papercraft magazine gave away a decoupage calendar last month. I have seen flower fairy stuff in loads of places, I thought it was back in 'fashion'.

They're timeless and will always be around. I like some of the newer type of fairies too like poppets and rock hard but they're not stayers like FF are (poppets maybe will be too) but the more "trendy" type fairy wont be around in years to come
