Swyn Je^n (a little girl) was born at 5.08am on the 1st November weighing 8 lb 8oz. We're home and I've put a couple of pics on my blog

I tell you something- best thing I did was not have an epidural. I feel fantastic having done it without the epidural. Am convinced that's why I ended up having an instrumental delivery with Erin and was very ill afterwards
