Designmaster has arrived

Most of emails that I have sent and received in the last 2 weeks or so have been really slow if they have had an attachment. I don't know if this is anything to do with more people being on the net since the postal strike or not. I ordered yesterday and it does not show up in my order history, in Crafty Club, but then I phoned it through, so that might make a difference. I cannot wait to play gg

Sorry all, but everything is running really slow. Emails have virtually melted, phones dont stop and staff are having a nervous breakdown.

As for me, I am turning to drink.

I think if we survive this week all of the systems will be back to our normal inefficiency

Sorry Phil but you will have to hold off on the drink until you've got the Pro version sorted. I am soooooooooooo jealous of everyone that is now the proud owner of Design master.

Mine arrived to day great now all i have to do is try to install it with a bit of luck i wont need grandsons help.I Hope lol

well just to let everyone at graphtec know, i installed as per instructions word for word, email arrived straight away and the program seems to be up and running without any problems at all, so far!

I wasn't complaining - just pointing out that it may (or may not) be on the way and not to worry - am waiting patiently like a good girl for my copy and when it arrives - forget housework, washing, food, children, OH - that will be all I concentrate on - so for OH and family's sake - may it not arrive till the weekend!! Ashley, please let us know how you like it. I have not ordered it yet.....I figured I would let things cool now a little and then order. I'm sure Phil will appreciate that. Plus, I figure you all that got yours first could be up and running with it to teach those of us that order last!LOL

Sorted it out.
Incidentally I got email my back immediately no waiting at all.

Phil, realise you are doing your best and the pressure you are under, perhaps it would be an idea if the problems you are having were posted on the news section of the the Crafty Club site, as I would imagine a lot of people would look there first. Oh by the way still no emails neither the registration or a reply to the email I sent to support@graphtecgb.com.

I've registered mine on my laptop, email came through under a minute!

What a program! more learning curves on the way!

I will get there, but having problems moving items in small amounts, it keeps jumping too far!

I had this prob check to see if you have got it set it to 'snap to grid' that was my trouble

I have found this program easier to work out, but I don't know whether thats because I've now had previous experience!
Its still going to be the little things to find out!

I am at work today who wants a bet that my copy will turn up at home now that I am not there to play.
