Made using the free GE Flower stencil font. The blue lines in the file are for the the card insert and are not set to cut. You could always delete the flowers and just use it as a blank card.

I wasn't quite sure how to describe this and have called it a tulip ribbon card 'cos I think it is quite like a tulip! I have used the letter k from the font Beautiful ornaments 3 (with a slight modification to enable it cut better). I've done it as a thank you, but it could be used for any purpose if you change the text on the centre mat.
