What's the best kind of card to stamp on?

    Hi folks,

What kind of cardstock do you stamp on for the best results? I prefer using textured card but will this give me a fuzzy image?

Should i stick to plain stuff? Any advice appreciated!

I tend to stamp on smooth, but use textured for everything else

Ooh-this is a good question innit?
I don't think there's a best-just loads of opportunities to play! Textured gives interesting results with some stamps ( but can sometimes be pants!) and flat is reliable. Textured water colour paper has loads of possibilities and glossy card even more. But its not just about the card I find-but depends on the type of ink and the design itself. I don't think photo stamps would be great on deeply textured card but I haven't tried that come to think of it. The endless possibilities and room for inventions ( sometimes known as mistakes) are why I like stamping so much.
