    Two layer layering cards

Here is a design in A6 and 5'' square format. I have also put in an optional centre which could be as an aperture (as I have used it) or as another layer which could be embossed with an all over design as I will be able to do when my Wizard arrives tomorrow

Thank you to all the ladies who have contributed to the challenge to produce layering cards. The response has been great and now we have a large collection of them and so can find something suitable for any type of card.

    Many regards Ruthan

    Layering contribution no.2

Made in Inkscape using the letters Q, I, S, P, X and O from Freebooter Script font. Just rotated, overlapped, welded and made into a frame.

Exported as PNG and traced in Robomaster.

Guinea pig required please, just got home and haven't hooked up in the dungeon yet. May get a chance to cut it later if no-one else does first.

    Layer Challenge Entry

Hi Ladies this is my entry for the layer challenge. Hope that I have interpreted the challenge right, that it is more of a frame. Hope also that you like it. Still a novice really compared to some of our fab designers.

Sorry about picture just need to resize it as it is too large to upload. but here is the template

    Challenger topper no 7

Thought this would look good in a scrapbook layout with journalling in the middle. Was not too happy with the GSD conversation so had to modify it a little.

    Spiral flower topper

    Hi All,

Feeling very sorry for myself today. Arrived home yesterday with a filthy headache, streaming nose and sore throat. Has developed into a real stinker, shivering and aching from head to toe, even my hands are throbbing. I have spent the day in bed or on the sofa wrapped in a blanket. Unfortunately it seems the grandkids in the UK have gone down with it today as well.

Made this playing with the star function in Inkscape. I haven't got the energy or inclination to take the laptop down to the dungeon, so if someone would like to cut it please feel free.

It needs to be cut from either thick paper or thin card as it is quite intricate.

A couple of frames for the challenge

Not complicated - but they cut well. Unfortunately the attached picture does not do them justice - all the missing lines are on the actual designs. Many thanks to all the other contributors - your designs are lovely.

    Layer challenge my feeble attempt!

Have been watching and viewing this challenge with interest and joy at what all you clever ladies (and gents) achieve - I think I will always be in awe of you but thought I should try and as they say its the taking part that counts!!

Just cut it in odd bits of card to check it cut ok and it does :-)

Hope someone can maybe use it

    Layers/ Frame for the challange

Here's my attempt lol, hand drawn is ILL CS2 converted by dxf to rm.

I haven't had time to cut yet but there should hopefully not be any problems.
You may have to be careful on the corners when lifting off carrier.

Have done it as a triple layer but green layer is more of a nesting layer if that sense lol.

    My "sort of" layer contribution

but don't know what you would use it for, maybe the bit in the middle could've been bigger
