Why all the **** in a certain brand??

I have noticed a few times that when comments are made about a certain brand (I think) then the whole name is not put and some letters are replaced by stars. Is it a no no to mention this company ??? Or am i missing something really basic here??

It's because of the word that the missing letters spell, IYKWIM. It's an automatic filter.

It also blocks out part of weigh****chers as that is also the same word.

read the capital letters, that is what is being filtered out.

However you can still type embellishit and all is ok!

the missing latters in both swee****er and weigh****chers spell a norty word!!

you can get round it by typing sweet water and weight watchers (with spaces)

in certain parts of the country the T word is very very nasty. not so much here in southampton where it just means wally or similar but when you dont put a space between weight watchers you get auto starred its cos we have kids on the forum and they are not supposed to know swear words certain other words are not starred out tho that have shocked me in the past still i suppose they cant ban everything

i was born down south and live up north and i don't like that word at all..........i find it very harsh!!!! maybe it's more of a personnal thing
