can I get stills from this?

My elder son has come home from his Army basic training (Passing Off/Out parade was yesterday) and presented me with a CD to take off any pics I want...... not sure who took them all, but there's over 300 stills (not all him) and several Quick Time files.

Some of the stills are of the lads in the gas chamber, but all there is of him in there (apart from standing in a corner with his respirator on while another lad suffers) is Quick Time footage

I'd really like to get some stills off this for scrapping if I can. I realise the quality probably won't be as good as if they'd been taken as stills, but they'll be better than nothing
