can you be a little more specific about the problems you are having, for example

Do you actually have the horseshoe shape, if so is it a GSD file or are you trying to cut it from a picture you have loaded

Is the Robo moving as though it's cutting but the card is untouched

    etc etc

    Hi Charlie

I know there is a template that has a horseshoe in it - it is under wedding lattice if you do a search. Perhaps yu could use that.

Is this the one you are using? If not you could try it.
Have you worked your way through the tutorial section? There's some great stuff there for newbies.
Which Robo do you have (blue or white cover?)

sounds like you have the older version of the software then as files made with this will not open in the older software

You can check this by going to Help > About in the robomaster software

The new one is vers 2.4

If you have you can download the lastest version from the new Graphtec Craft Club www.crafty-club.co.uk

You will need to register to gain access, any probs doing that please look around the forum as it only wait live 1 week ago so there are lots of posts about it
