I've just received the Zooballoo and you cut the animals separately to the letters, then you would stick the animal against relevant letter (T is tiger etc) that way they go against the letter perfectly. It looks an amazing cartridge, only managed to cut a tiger out and the word tiger so far as ds wanted to have a play - he thinks its his (he's only 4).

Emily 08...that it ...youve convinced me...Im def going to get that next!!

I have a moan about the Basecamp...I wanted to cut the numbers in the dog tags...and went to 9 ok but of course 10 became a 1 & 0..seperate!!Oh well...its only a small moan!!

Ive tried reviving the stickiness on my mat by using a baby wipe and leaving to air dry..its really improved it..I wouldnt go as far to say good as new but its def an improvement! So thanks to whoever left that tip!!

i thought you lot had been quiet today, hadn't realised i had missed 2 pages of chat on the new thread!!!

I have had my mats since November - I did buy 2 extra, so that I can keep card/paper on when I am using 2 or 3 pieces so I don't have to keep peeling it off and resticking it - mine are all perfectly useful still. I do keep the acetate sheet on them when they are not in use, but other than that I haven't done anything to them!

That is a really good idea, about leaving the paper on them, I was also wondering....when you put the acetate back onto the mat is there a right side and a wrong side? I have noticed one side is really sticky the other side isn't.
I love the little booklet that was shown in an earlier post, your little flowers from George..... did you press the silhouette button and then the flower button to get the holes in the flowers if you know what I mean.....
oh there is so much to learn.......is there anywhere I can look for some ideas and inspiration.

i am not sure about the acetate Sandra, I just put it on TBH!!!

Yes, I did exactly that to get those flowers, then you can adjust the size to vary them further

inspiration - go right to the back of the manual that comes with your cart, you will see exactly what each button can do

www.cricut.com - loads of advice, comprehensive views of each cart and even a forum for each cart!!

Search the UKS gallery using circut or your cart as a search criteria!!

and if you've still got time, play with your little bug and see what happens
