New Year - New Stash Diet!

Hi gals... mind if I join in the stash diet? Pleease??

My DH has suddenly taken it into his head to check the accounts and told me yesterday that since Christmas I have spent £200! That's EXCLUDING the £250 pounds that I got for Christmas... so my total for January and a little bit of February is £450!! OMGiddy Aunt! Anyway as I had £100 pounds in my ISA I now owe the bank account another £100... so I really cannot afford to spend like this anymore.

I have subscribed to the Sarah's Cards kit which is about £20 and might leave a fiver or so for adhesive and the odd embellie... but really cannot afford to spend any more than that if I'm going to pay the account back.

Can you guys keep me on the straight and narrow please???

we can't promise to keep you on the staright and narrow, some of us (no finger pointing) aren't very good at this diet thing

but you are very welcome to join us

most of us have given ourselves rules, mine is total spend (not including SI sub) of £25 per month. Sounds like yours is your kit plus £5 per month...

some of us are paying / rewarding oursleves for every LO completed - to try to encourage the using of stash rather than the hoarding of stash!

Anthea, the logo is easier enough to 'borrow' for your signature... but you'd have to drop one of the 2 logos you already have as only 2 are allowed

i'm doing really well on this stash diet

only wish i could do as well on weight watchers!!!

Sky - I blew my diet and bought 2 of the new BGs - hopefully get them tomorrow!!!

Fortunately, my new month starts next Friday (most peculiar - I get paid on the last Thursday of the month)....

nope, I am spent up for Feb - got my paint (as you know

) and I got a little kit off Jean for the drawer. Really, there is nothing I NEED except for a new bottle of Stazon cleaner (been stamping lots) oh and I agreed to go halves with Kathie on the pad, Far East I think it was...but I don't think she has bought that yet so i am not in the red with the budget

I'm desperately trying to hold on to my last £22.41 for as long as possible..... I'm even having to include the cost of photo paper and adhesives out of my budget

Have a reasonable amount of photo paper in, but am down to my last 6 hermas (plus the ones in my 'guns' which are both more than half full!)

Reminds me... if I get a spare minute tomorrow I must make a few phone calls and cancel various magazine subscriptions
