I'm 26, no kids, and have been scrapping for just over two years now My SIL is pregnant with her first, aged 23 (yesterday!) and has just started scrapping within the last few months - you're definitely not "old" for wanting to stay in and scrap, as far as we're concerned! I love my nights out, I just can't cope with them anywhere near as frequently as I could five years ago

I am 19...and am ALWAYS the youngest at the local crops...but it's great Scrapping is one of those hobbies where everyone talks to everyone, and being younger than others isn't seen as a problem!!

I'm 19 and at University studying English and American Literature; my friends totally do not 'get' it, but hey, i'm having a ball!! I find the creative release great after a day of reading and essay writing!

Not to mention, look at all the Elsie's and Tara's and Nisa's etc....they're all young!

I'm 24 too, 25 in August, and have a son who will be two this month.
I'm the youngest at my local crop when Kim isn't there, but it doesn't matter as there's not much between us all and we all get on great anyway
I've been scrapping for almost a year and got into it at first to scrap my son's baby pictures - I haven't done many baby photos though as there are so many other things to scrap I've discovered since joining UKS!

I've been scrapping/cardmaking for about 1 year now (I'm 31 - yikes!) but always been interested in crafts. Most of my friends aren't though and they look at me a bit strangely when I mention stuff (although they love my cards and one is getting more interested!). I know what you mean sometimes though about not thinking there are younger people into crafts - whenever I go to a local craft shop or crop it always seems to be older people there! Having said that, I don't think it matters what your age is with this hobby! (Also, I think a lot of people get into crafting when they have kids (scrapping pics/memories) - and as a lot of ladies are leaving it later to have kids....). I know my main reason for crafting is my DD who is 21 months.

there are loads of young people on the board but yes my friends tend to say 'whats that?' when i mention it

im 30 with one dd and bump to arrive any day now. i know what you mean my dh gets imbarressed if im doing anything crafty when his mates come over to play xbox 360. i love scrapping and tell and show any one who will listen or look at my albums.
