January Week 3 Card Challenge

Here is a super card that could be adapted for almost any occassion!

Designed by my favourite designer, Jennifer McGuire it is taken from the Hero Arts Website.

Lets see how many different occasions we can come up with for this design!

I am making some cards for a friend who sells them for charity, so did this one

It is a brighter white than looks in this pic though!!

Heres my card inspired by the challenge. Its made using the new PM flowers and brads and I knew I'd find a use for that yellow gingham ribbon I bought ages ago!

My niece is flying off to the Maldives to get married this week, but is having a celebration party when she gets home, so presents and cards will be given out then, so I thought I would just send her this to take so she knows we are thinking about them and wishing we could have been there

More stash used up from the Self Addressed kits I used to get.
There is also a heart on the front of the envelope that I punched from the patterned paper

Another newbie here. I love the idea of these challenges - I often need little kicks up the bum like this to get me started. This thread inspired me to make my husband's Valentine's card last night. It was my first attempt at distressing and a grungy kind of look - I think a lot of that is lost in the scan. I'm fairly happy with it.
