I am so proud of my DH - he made this fab card for me and gave me a huge stack of rub-ons, stickers and papers too. He even bought a new set of acrylic stamps to make it with which i get to keep as well!
Mine doesn't know what I already have - so wouldn't go and buy more - but I did get a beautiful (bought) card and 2 lovely bunches of Lilies (my fave flowers)
Aww - lucky you - my DH can't avoid my stash now - we have just moved everything into our new study/scraproom and it is all in neatly labelled boxes now, so I have high hopes for Mother's Day too now!
ive got to make a valentine card formy oh today but im doing it as a credit card size for him to keep in his wallet, i was wondering if anyone had any unusual design ideas whilst im sitting here thinking what to do
Catherine, what a great card he made! I wish my DH would try it... he's always interested and asks lots of questions, but thinks he's too 'unartistic'. I tell him it's not about being artistic, it's about having fun and letting your imagination go....
And Joey73, what a fab card! I popped that into my favourites folder right away.
My OH pilfered some of my card stock last night, and hid in the kitchen for about an hour. He had brought some scrap paper home from work which had very interesting coloured designs on and hand cut 20 hearts and stuck them on a card, it looks very interesting. He also bought me a box of lush goodies titled True Love. This may not sound a lot, but the other week when we walked past Lush he said he cant go in the shop because all the smells make him sneeze, I said how much I loved Lush stuff but hadn't bought any in years and I know he went in with my son and bought it himself
