This is my conservatory area. Really need to do something with it but we've only just moved in. The calico on the windows is to stop the sun getting in and facing anything. It's a temporary measure until we sort something else out.

I have a glass display cabinet holding loads of stash and 2 IKea basket stacker things. The desk was a self build jobbie that i put together.

Tis very untidy atm due mainly to not having a lot of space there.

Dd has a little craft table opposite as well so we can both 'craft' together lol

My pc and Robo are in the lounge/diner. In the old house i had it all in the attic but this house is tiny

Thanks for all the lovely comments about my scrapbooking room. OH spoilt me by letting me have the dining room in the house - mainly so that he can keep me contained and when it gets in a mess he can shut the door and he does not have to see it!

Fear not Ikea are launching an online shop at in the new year. It is being launched in installments across the country but if you go to the web page you can see it as is at the moment (not open for orders to joe public yet though) but there is a questionaire you can fill in to be placed in a draw for some ikea vouchers!

The first picture is my new scrapping space, it has a double bed above it and has so much storage and desk space. I'm told it came from Ikea a few years ago

The second picture is my old scrapping space, from Stationery Box. It was so crowded and messy though so my dh is now using for his IT work

I dont get a room till we move, just scrap on the dinning table and my stuff on the landing (had to move it out of the dinning room for the viewers )but after reading yesterday CK on line and seeing elsie flannigan has something next to the bed - felt a whole load better.

Great rooms/spaces girls loads of ideas

    Scrap Space

Wow I've so much enjoyed seeing so many variations on a space to scrap - and relieved to see that most people have the same collection of assorted plastic drawers on wheels as I have!! My space is a desk (well a door actually, but its nice and big) in the big bay window of an attic room. One day soon I am hoping that a friend's dad is going to put in a built in unit with a kitchen worktop. The curved bay space isn't ideal but I LOVE looking out of the window at the garden while I'm working.

    Scrap space

Went and took a picture of my window workstation. As you can see my £11.99 door/desk gives me a big working space, and its just on trestles (you can buy better ones than this from Ikea). The shelves on the top are Ikea too, but I used them upside to tidy the bits and pieces I like to have close at hand. The one thing I really couldn't be without is my daylight/magnifier lamp.

After reading all the posts in this forum I decided that my craft room was too messy to take a photo! In a 'mad' moment, I decided to sort out all my craft stuff. I started my crafting life as a cardmaker, before getting into scrapbooking. Well - I think I must have enough card and paper to supply all the cardmaking people in Britain for the next ten years!!! Hadn't realised that I'd visited The Paper Mill so many times! Also re-organising all my craft boxes and shelves. Started about 11.30am and 5 hours later it looks worse now than when I started - stuff all over the floor. Was in deperate need of a cup of tea, so thought I'd have a break and log on to UKS.

Well - better get back to sorting out the chaos!
