"Staz-on" type pens?

OK, I admit it, where pens are concerned I am a dunce. If it ain't a gel pen, I don't know about it. So humour me.

Starting from the point that Staz-on ink works on shiny surfaces - glass, photo paper, etc. etc. - are there pens with the same type of ink? So I could write on glass and stuff, instead of just stamping on it? Please? Cos gen pens just smudge and make a BIG mess. Ta muchly
