Hi
Ive been on the graphtec login site and when ive put in the serial number of my craft robo it wont take it any ideas where i am going wrong?, sorry to be a nusiance but i thought i would try and download some templates ready for when i get the robo at christmas.

I had the same problem. I eventually rang Graphtec who gave me a code to put in. That worked first time.

which graphtec site are you going to? The oen I go to has a few templates but don't need to login and not much there anyway. Do they have more than one?

This is where the templates ( Japanese) are.
I just downloaded Sharon's cake template from the UK site!

Yes, they have (at least) English, American, French and Japanese sites.

The English one used to require a password for access to the templates section, so probably still does. The French one doesn't and has some of the same templates, if I remember correctly.

ok im being dense here... i cant find any templates on the uk site...

click on craft products, projects & templates then on basic shapes.

The decoratiove designs file they are starting to load the templates that we provided for the new create & craft show, they only have sues cake box at the moment but i provided 4 files which should also appear in there at some point

Hi emmasue,
I've also tried the Graphtec login this morning, and had no luck until I realised that it is case-sensitive. Typing in lower case didn't work - I had to enter a capital letter for it to be accepted.

Yes ive done that and it still hasent accepted it , i will phone graphtec up tomorrow when hubby comes home so he can find their help line number.

Apparently it doesn't know about the new Robo 200 serial numbers. Graphtec GB have contacted Graphtec Japan to get it fixed but will give you a login code to use in the meantime if you call them.

i had the same problem and then for some reason yesterday it worked ok...until i tried to unzip the files today..........aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrggggggghhhhhh
