Even dh was impressed when I showed him last night. It really is a fab machine.

my Opposites attract cartridge arrived today - I have been very good and I didn't even open the package, I handed it to DH to wrap for Christmas

I don't think i could do that - i would open it carefully and play then give it back to DH in the packaging and tell him to wrap it up then!

It is great!!! Had a play with mine last night (I'm allowed, I paid for it myself ) and it is sooo easy to use. Made my Digey a Christmas card from paper pups. He seemed to like it, gave it a big lick anyway . Want all the other carts now . You ladies are going to have a fab time over Christmas when you finally get to play.

Agree about the blade being a bit fiddly to insert. I didn't find the picture very clear and put it in wrong at first - maybe I'm just a bit dim !!

I put my blade in wrong twice, I couldn't see from the picture. I just shopped on holiday for some bits, would have loved the tote but had no space to bring it home and I wish I had waited to buy a machine there, they had them on sale at AC Moores for £75 last Wednesday. There's a pic on my blog of my new goodies but I haven't opened them yet - I'm still unpacking and sorting out Christmas presents. With 6 kids it's hard to remember what we have bought and what we still need to get!

I had trouble with the blade initially until I realised that the holder kind of swings open, then it was really easy. do you all take out the blade everytime you want to change the depth or do you just twiddle the knob (IYKWIM!!!)

I am just wondering if we should start a new Cricut thread as this one is almost at 500 messages or will it do it automatically??

Amazing there is so much positive stuff on this thread about these little gadgets, no-one seems to be experiencing any problems or difficulties - apart from getting their hands on one in some cases.

Ok, so come on ladies own up to which cartridges you so far have??? i havent even opened mine yet, though i should have 3 by next week (2 currently on route-fingers crossed).

I have the 'Mini Monograms' one, the 'Base Camp' one and the 'New Arrivals'.

So far alot of you have been really excited about the Opposites Attract one. it hasnt really grabbed me yet, but i have a feeling that may change, especially when i see it on a LO.Does anyone have a LO with Opposites Attract on?

So come on then my wonderful fellow cricutters. which carts do you have?????

I have 3 now - George (obviously!!!), Teardrop and Opposites attract, but not officially until Christmas day
