Although I did not know Joanne I have followed this thread and hoped with everyone else that this time would not come.

God saw you getting tired,

I didn't know Joanne but I followed this thread. Thinking of her family at this sad time, especially her children. Makes you appreciate what you've got when you hear a sad story like this.

What sad news, love to her family. I was lucky enough to take part in a CJ with Joanne, and her work was always stunning.

I didn't know Joanne, but through Uk scrappers we all are a big family and like all big families although we may have our fights we all love each other and feel the sadness of events like this.
Like everyone, my thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.

This morning the sky was all red, orange and purple (you know those skies) and me and the kids said that it was Joanne with her acrylic paints out having ago up there. DD said she was showing God how to scrap. (and he couldnt have a better teacher!)

I agree.. cannot imagine anything better than Joanne painting away making pretty skies for us all to see.
