    Metal Ring Things?

can someone tell me where to buy on line the metal rings that you can use when making your own mini books etc they look like key rings but i cannot see that you would be able to feed card through them.

    do they open some how?

If you mean book rings, they have a notch in them and a hinge so they open. I got mine from Staples - not sure if they have them online...

They are called book rings, many sponsors sell them, give a shout out in the shop til you drop forum
P.S. They do open, you push the two prongs apart sideways and pull open. Took me ages to work that out!
