how do i install a new font?

Hi guys wonder if you can help me with the above, i'm using Word incase that makes a difference. Cheers

click on start and then contril panel
select caterogy view
double click on fonts
click on file and install new font
select the font (where you have saved it) and the click on OK
The font is then installed in windows and can be used in any program on your computer
