Your all so lovely. What some wonderful ideas you have all come up with. Just gotta bite the bullet and have a go. I keep going to my craft room to have a go and then end up making something else (made some christmas cards yesterday, just so that i wasnt making a sympathy one!)

Going to show thread to OH and make him choose.

This is one I made for my Aunt when my Uncle died in August. It is stamped on parchment/vellum paper. The background card is a very pale mauve. I put a computer printed "Thinking of you" under the stamped image.
I cheat and go to the card sites and find a suitable verse there and print it up on copy paper.

I'm ashamed to say that I am flicking back and forward in UKS to avoid sitting down and making a sympathy card for the husband of a friend who has just died, would like to do it before the funeral on Thursday, and am out tomorrow so I MUST go and do it now!

I finally did mine. I used a website on a sticky that Janice has put up (Monika i think) and used a butterfly decoupage sheet. It was only thing i could think of that i wouldn't mind making due to the occasion, if that makes sense.
