well it looks like Ellison are coming up trumps - I do feel sorry for the person who inputted it , because at the very least it must be embarrassing - HOWEVER - Ellison now have lots and lots of very happy customers also many of us placed orders to make up the £25 that we wouldn't have done ordinarily - it also makes me want to go back to them again - as they are obviously honourable...so I guess what I am thinking is that they will clock this up to good advertising - I think the supermarkets call it a "loss leader"!

If they do honour everyones orders I think someone should make sure it does make the papers and they get the free advertising. They will deserve it for their good will.
to be fair ellison are a very honourable company. When the best of british prizes came through they sorted out a voucher scheme. It was a set amount then you were meant to get one lot of free shipping. The shipping was going on extra though. They had the problem sorted in no time, and gave us extra to spend as a gesture of goodwill. FAB company
