i spoke to ellison a couple of hours ago again asking why higher order numbers were getting Processed before me... they said that all oders had been Divvied up Between ALL of the staff for processing and some are just faster than others, and they wont get put in in order... But they will all be done within next 24 hours

i know alot of people on the docrafts site also ordered... remember card makers use ellison products alot too... so there are probably other cardmaking forums where people have ordered...

Can I just point out that the "Do Craft" Site has a section for Scrapbookers as well plus other crafts.

I think Ellison are very noble for honouring the orders & I hope they are insured against the mistake. I for 1 am a very happy scrapper.

I am so excited now I realise I will actually get an alphabet after so long without one! I was quite sure, like most others, that Ellison would back off, or at least say they had run out (which we would all have taken as gospel anyway, the number on here who ordered!!) What a great company it must be to honour their own mistake. Wouldn't it be just wonderful if they got true recognition from TV and Press as to just how good they have been over all this!

My visa card payment is now showing as "pending", so my order has definitely been processed

. I was order No. 231 on Saturday.

Hi everyone,

I have confirmation that Ellison are honouring their pricing error. If they dont have enough of the Nouveau alphabet they will send out the curly girlie instead!!
