I have a few white pens and my fave is my Pilot Pastel. The Gelly Roll pen is ok but takes a little while to dry so just watch you don't go leaning on it like I normally do.

the best white pen i have used (see my gallery for examples) as i use lots is a white sharpies pen (available in the states ...don't know if you have a friend who can maybe pick you one up from target)
after that, the best type to use is a paint based pen, they don't soak into the cardstock and leave a clean line. try edding or pentel.
