Posed this same question myself here. I have since bought it and do like it. Haven't had a great deal of time to practice, but have done two or three handwritten titles since getting it. It is something you have to work at a bit - it doesn't just suddenly happen once you have read it LOL. And it seems a lot more to do with titling and "big" writing than improving your journalling writing iykwim.
Yeah, I agree with Annie - it's advice and great ideas for using and improving your handwriting rather than your actual journalling. I haven't, I have to confess, done any of the exercises the book suggests, and I can actually paraphrase the whole thing in 1 word: Practice!! It's good though, and has certainly given me the confidence to 'play' with my handwriting style.

I bought it and like Julia said it gives you that little bit of confidence. Its about developing YOUR own style of writing and appreciating how special it can be. Before I personally would NEVER write on a LO as I thought my writing was too scruffy and being a perfectionist this would never do!!! Since reading the book and doing the tasks I have learnt how special hand writing on LOs can be and the "scruffiness" just adds character!! Although just haven't had the time to do any yet!!!
I second that! I bought it, I like it, and although I think the whole book could have been summed up in one good magazine article, it has had a postive impact on my scrapping and that can't be bad, can it?
Er, yes. Don't go expecting War and Peace for your money. It is a tad......how can I put this politely.........short! But, yes, probably could have been a good magazine article!
