Advice needed on Crackle Glaze!
Hope someone can help.
Do I paint the crackle glaze on first, let it dry, then the acrylic paint.
Or do I paint the acrylic paint on first and then the glaze?
Never done this before and I don't want to mess it up, please help me someone.

Paint your base coat first - let it dry - then apply crackle glaze. Let that dry and then paint top colour. Make sure you don't overbrush. Have fun

I'm sure I read that you can use PVA instead of crackle glaze, but don't know how, exactly. Anyone able to enlighten me?

Toni Leeann applied PVA by accident first and then painted over it, it all cracked in the same way as the crackle glaze does, her altered clipboard is in the gallery.
