Can someone help please

I would like to create a file with an internal scalloped edge - can anyone tell me where I would find info in the Silhouette Cameo Manual or, if in fact this can be done???

I am running Windows 10 and Silhouette Studio 4.1 DE (or perhaps in MTC software);)
