I haven't used my Cameo for some time for various reasons. I would like to download the software for this laptop but haven't a clue how I go about it. I believe I had the business edition? The information was on my old PC and I can't remember how to go about downloading the software, Help!
Hi the software is here https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/software and if you paid for an upgrade you can find the code at the bottom of your account when you log in.

Am I safe ticking the boxes on the US site?
It seems much more complicated than when I downloaded updates before. I keep getting a notice saying about terms and conditions, etc. Am I safe tickng these boxes, it wouldn't let me get to my account unless I ticked them, Help!

It seems the software I need for my Cameo isn't compatible with Win 10. Not sure what to do now.
If you mean Silhouette Studio I'm using it with Windows 10 Myra
I think it said some windows 10 laptops couldn't connect. I'm totally puzzled. Did you do anything special to connect, please?

Hello is anyone having issues with Cameo 3?. My cameo 3 is freezing and cutting at wrong places when i use sketch and cut .

Thanks .Cameo 3 cuts beautifully even intricate files.Mine makes noise too and screeches too.Did not have this cameo 2.
I think when doing sketch and cut offset that's when my cameo really misbehaves. I shall try unplugging method.
