After searching the net for a particular product I've come to the conclusion that in many cases 'make it yourself' is cheaper even than China. Here are some baby clothes I drew after seeing what's 'out there' !
Edit - and they look cute when they're cut!!! Can be resized right down for 'New Baby' toppers. the hanger in the photo is from my 'Let's go shopping' page

hi, just thought i would share this nappy (its clean, honest!)
cut it out, fold the centre line, fold in the 2 flaps and tuck them into the 2 slots on the front of the nappy, looks good cut in bazzill (chantilly i think it is)
then just colour the nappy pin and stick to the front. Cut it this size for a topper or enlarge it to make a nappy shape card, its up to you what you put in it! depends if you like the recipient or not!!!

I know this is nowhere near as good as Shanara's, but thought it may come in handy.
I've included some little buttons, then you can either use them where you like on the suit, or put your own embellishments on.

Hi Amanda I am attaching a mittens gsd. Incidentally this was my first design in Inkscape so it is not perfect but I've used them on Xmas cards ( attached) and they look ok in my opinion. BTW The red lines should be dashed lines or you may choose to eliminate them !

Hope you like my baby shoes, on the template is another pair without the t-bar. Jimmy choo watch this space!
These were inspired by the thread on how to create scallops recently. I used SilviaFs idea of Fit object to path, but used a polo shaped small object and a bib shaped large object.
Cut the outlines and use a pen for the words. The DM version cuts well, but I haven't tried the GSD version.

Just knocked this together. Can't cut it as I am away from home.
It's similar to the one you liked.
