Just realised I didn't put the little rectangle, to cover the centre of the bow, in the files. I think you can manage that bit!!

LOL Well can you tell I have a lot of birthdays this month. Here's a bow to dress up a plain bag. It would work for a gift box also. I used a small plain brad to hook all the ends together. I cut it with 65 lb. cardstock for this one, but I would not use that heavy of paper again.
