Sorry I don't know if this is called a frame or not, but I needed one last night for a layout, so I drew this.
Getting better, please feel free to adjust or alter them, only just learning about the different tools so if anyone has any tips for improving them I would be happy to get them.

Some 'metal rimmed' tags- I've removed the two larger tags from the file as they were just resized versions -to make the file a bit 'lighter'!
