Hi,
I made something very similar for Valentine's day. Bit of a softy really!

This is a card I did for my friend's daughter who completed her swimming challenge
(Had posted in "chat" but I was supposed to put it here! Oops, I'll get the hang of it)
for those birthdays when your birth certificate says you are one :nono: age you look another age :( feel another age  and act a different age B).
Bit of matting and layering going on here...it's just a basic template I thought I'd share as it's useful to keep these simpler designs in the bank for cards needed in a hurry.
It's an exported DFX file from Illustrator, although it was created in KNK Studio so it's done the rounds.
Cuts fine, just watch the paint dry whilst Robo does its thing!
I added a gem as the dot on the 'I' and cut the extra flowers from glitter paper just to jazz it up a bit.
Please feel free to use for any paper crafting but selling the file for personal financial gain is a no no :nono:
Design Master only atm, sorry. Will convert to GSD later on (if I can manage it lol). If anyone wants to do the conversion, please feel free.
converted to GSD by Lucille
I have just worked out a variation on the Buckle Card that Simplyme uploaded. Hope that is OK. It is in GRA format only at the moment. When I work out how, I will change it into GSD.
I have added the "belt" to the card so you don't have to stick it on. The pink lines should be pounced.
This is the first time I have done this, so I hope I get it right.
Cheers,
Sue
OK, I think I have converted it. Here goes!
Okay it worked. I was inspired by those that have submitted so far. Thank you for your inspiration. Here is an A4 card. I used medium papers. I cut on 4 with a fast speed. This is going to be a thank you to the couple for using my services on their engagement pictures. They did not choose this picture, but I thought it looked cute in the framed star.

This is a useful little card to send the recipient a banknote or a voucher or a photograph, tickets or similar.
Cuts nicely, easy to put together. You will need to watch your cutline colours when you are cutting the peices. I have put in two mats use either the plain one or the scalloped one
Fits a C6 envelope.
Did this for a lad who’s name is Chill and who plays in a rock band, used my guitar file to embellish, but would as good with drinks, etc and a chill out theme.
Cuts beautifully.
Similar to Arty Farty but 1 cm smaller. I have put instructions on template as this one needs a longer carrier sheet! There is also a box to match :) This also needs a longer carrier sheet :) The card for the box needs to be at least 400 x 210
I saw the idea for this on You Tube. Hero Arts have put some really great videos on there, one of which is for a pull up card, which works a little like a waterfall card. This is my take on it, using their idea, but my measurements. This card fits a C6 envelope. I took three attempts today to make an A5 card based on the video, which I had to hand cut as I'm not clever enough to cut out an aperture, perfectly placed, in an A5 card with my CR. I'm sure there's a way of cleverly lining it up, but I can't do it!
Have a look at this video for instructions on how to assemble this card.
The template is in two parts, the first is the basic aperture card, and the second gives you the pull out tab, the card front and a mount.
This template is for personal use. Do not sell or reproduce this template without my permission.
Here's mine. I havent had time to make it up yet so it's just the screenshot and the file
even managed to get the lattice challenge into this one
sorry its only in GRA format at the mo :( if I (or maybe someone else could ^_^) get the chance I will change it into GSD :D
Example is a Christmas Card (in my gallery) but can be used for any occasion. A long carrier sheet and peice of card needed for this template. My card was 430 x 210 mm. :)
Either cut the red letters seperately and glue on the card or cut them out of the card and place something behind
I haven't put the fold line in as Ilike to fold and score them myself
Well here's mine Not very Inspiring I know Sorry But is different
But someone is bound to use :o
I was cudgelling the brain persuant to making a card for my Mum (Mothers' Day) and it occurred to me that by accident I had designed something quite versatile, which gives me a good opportunity to share. I still haven't made up my mind how I am going to use it, but I have a little time yet.
My first challenge.
My Grandaughter has her driving test on Monday made this card in advance hope she passes
These 3 cards were made from the same dingbat, no changes made to it apart from resizing.
Used as a stencil cut, welded to an aperture and lastly using the technique from the tutorial 'Variation of Words on the Edge' to make 'Spring Bullrush Cards'
Dingbat used was Florals 2
I chose a dingbat from a font called Butterflies.ttf for my challenge entry. :comp:
I used the Interpolate tool in Inkscape 0.46 to make a line of butterflies that were graduated in size and rotation for the blue Cut Out Panel card. I then used the Live Path Effect –Bend Path feature to shape duplicates of the same line of butterflies, first into a wave for the lilac card, and then into a curve for the pink card.
They were fun to do and will, I hope, be useful to someone.
I thought I could contribute too...:wub::wub:
thank you Junie...
and another two...:wub::wub:
just made this ready for christmas snowflake by Patricia on UKS, thank you Patricia, hope i have put it in the right place, and hope you like it Barbara
Have tried this in RM and it works fine
Another set of interpolation and LPE designs made using a Saru's Flower dingbat - slightly modified for a better cut.
Hope they are useful.
I did these using Joyce's (aka 2magpies) brilliant tutorial so thought I'd share.
I photographed them all together so just attaching all the files here. Hope thats ok. :)
Sorry I forgot to add fonts - Floralia, Butterflies, Lucky Charms.
This one I have worked on for a long time getting it just right ready for Wimbledon. :D
This has been cut and assenbled by Jan (Janico) and you have to admire her flair and her attention to detail with everything she makes. :D
So back to the template, I am sorry But the strawberries are NOT included in the sale if you would like them please download free from the template section where Dozyrosy has uploaded for you. I have had permission to use from Rosemary , Thank you Rosemary. :D
You can find the template here
And as always :thanks::thanks: for looking.

Just a simple flower edge shaped card.
You can see it here
Shirley
This Gsd flower can be used very creative. Have fun !
..... lots of scraps of pretty pieces of backing paper? Lots of oddments of trimmings that you don't want to throw away because you paid out for them when you impulse bought them?
Use them up on these little mini-cards. I made mine into thank you cards but they could be made for any occasion. They would also work well as gift tags.
The cards measure 3"x3" and I have included inserts in the GSD file which cuts three at a time. And of course you will need an envelope to fit so there is a file for these which will cut two.
Very simple and basic but mine turned out quite nicely

Thank you to Sue for setting this month’s challenge, and thanks also to all the contributors so far for their amazing templates. :thanks:
My entry is a ‘magic card topper’ that fits on an A6 card. I first saw these on the Splitcoast Stampers website, but wanted to make one using the CR and to print my own design, instead of using a rubber stamp.
I have included a basic magic card topper template designed in RM 2.4, along with the teddy slider top and bottom layers. I have set the sliders cutlines to print so that they can be used as print and cut files or printed and cut by hand if preferred.
I used thin card (approx 160 gsm) for the topper and the slider back, and printed on the rough side of standard Inkjet OHP transparency paper (Overhead Projector Paper) for the slider front.
DH took a short video to show how it is put together in case it would be helpful, here.
A friend of mine liked my framed verse so well, she wanted one in
a country scene - so here is my country scene.
I was thinking this would look nice with some pine trees in the background
for a Christmas scene. I hope to change it over to that before I return
to work next week:(:(:(
The scene is attached to a frame - I colored the deer, fence and tree
trunks with markers.
Here is the winter version of the country scene.
After I made it, I decided it needed some stars in the sky.
Then I realized I made the tree so that a white background would show through and look like snow.
So, I made a separate mat for the tree - which could be white and then
the main background could be a color depicting night.
I wish our winters looked as warm and peaceful as this design!
Hope this is what you had in mind. Feel free to use however you like. And, as per usual, I haven't cut it, but it should be fine. The font is called Angelica. I look forward to seeing other's contributions to this challenge xx
This card is what I've come up with - hope it's the right sort of idea
Shirley
My inspiration for this card was the cold weather today - not that a boot like this would keep you very warm !! It is available in GSD and SVG format. You can find it here.
