2018 card challenge - February

Sorry, I should have said :lol: They are stencilled, originally direct onto a blank card, but the masking tape tore the card when removed. So I cut the stencilling into a sash, put it onto another card blank, then decided it was just too plain so cut the doily to go behind it!!

Lovely card Wendy and what a great save, you would never know. I love the stencilling, I have stencils and brushes must give it a go some time. I do like the diagonal band with the circles too.

Super modern card Alison, I love the way you have the word birthday dotted around the squares. It looks so random but I bet it was well thought out.:lol:

Fab cards ladies. I'm halfway through a card for a baby boy for one of my friends daughter who had a new son on Thursday. Oscar 8lb 5oz. I'll share when I get it done

Finished one...and made another..one for the grandparents and one for their daughter.
Squares and circles..can't go wrong!
Right..now I must get cooking for my dinner party tonight!

It's called Petite Petals by Stampin up Susie. The dies are new ones called 'wonky stitches'.. I'll Have to check who by
