Help - No sign of the free 1 month subscription after registering Cameo 4.

I have finally made a space and unboxed my Cameo 4. I had it was an early Christmas gift but its just been sat in its box as life has been too busy, and I've been using my Cameo 3 for quick jobs. I finally plugged it and registered in on Sunday just gone 9/02/20. I downloaded my free 100 digital designs but the Free One-Month Subscription To The Silhouette Design Store is nowhere to be found!

When I am logged into my account and go to subscriptions it just shows as me the usual options to purchase....nothing is for 1 month and definitely not free. I contacted silhouette US on Sunday but as yet haven't heard back from them, which is unusually slow for them as they're normally very good.

I just wondered if I was missing something obvious as I have never had a subscription with Silhouette. Any help appreciated.

I would have looked back on old threads to see if it had been mentioned, but nothing goes back earlier than this year oddly.

I can't actually remember what I did Julie but rather than clicking on Subscriptions have you tried clicking on Account Settings and then scroll down to where it says Subscription Tools - it sort of rings a bell but I can't say that's what I did for sure and it's only a month ago !!

Julie I had the same problem and contacted Silhouette Support. It took about 2 or 3 days to get a reply and they added it for me and started from the day I received the email. As Shirley said it appears in your account settings. I clicked on the silhouette figure top right of the screen in the Store when signed in and it showed an amount of money.

I've just had a reply from silhouette and they sent me step by step instructions on where to find the code. I thought it may be of use to post in on this thread as it may help someone like myself who couldn't find it.

To locate and activate this code, please do the following:

Go to Silhouette America® https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/
Click on Sign In and enter account email and password
Will be the same account login as the Silhouette Design Store
Click My Account in the upper-right corner
Locate the subscription code under title Unredeemed Trial Subscription Codes
Will start with “SUBT…”
Save code for use on the Silhouette Design Store account
To copy highlight whole code > press [Ctrl]+C on keyboard
Access the Silhouette Design Store, through the Silhouette Studio software, by selecting File > Silhouette Design Store
You may also visit www.silhouettedesignstore.com
Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner
Select Redeem a Promotional Download Code under Account Tools
Enter subscription code at entry option next to Apply Card
To paste click inside entry option > press [Ctrl]+V on keyboard
Click on Apply Card to register code to your account

Thank you Neries, maybe their policy changed? It took them 5 days to reply with what I assume is a standard message so maybe they're much busier now? Whenever I've needed to contact them before, which has not been very often, they've always got back to me within 24 hours.
