Resizing photo to upload to gallery

I’m back on UKS after 6 years of not scrapbooking. Please can someone point me in the direction of how to resize a photo from phone to load to gallery. I have looked but can’t find anything and I used to do it all his my laptop and camera when I was around before. Thank you 😊

I use the app Resizer free from App Store, it’s idiot proof, which is handy for me :D

I use Image size and choose 560 x 560 Attachment 208163

I do mine in photoshop at 600 x 600
