Marta Stewart Frame Border punch instructions

I have bought 2 of these many years age. I got them out to play with and I have mislaid the instructions. I thought I could just get them from Martha Stewart...but that is not available as an option. I have looked everywhere for one - there is a you tube video that shows the instructions but they are blurred when the video is paused :(

So my request is ...has anyone got these instructions and would you be prepared to scan them for me and email them to me? I can pay for the process if needed. They look like this: ( see attachment)
