Lucille, this is the file we were speaking about. It is a PDF file and I hope it is readable for everyone. If there are any problems I will redo it. Originally it was made for a friend who wanted the instructions on one sheet but, of course, she had the advantage I was there to go through it with her.
So if forum members would rather have a Word Document I will do a rehash.
