Gallery Changes

While I am in the process of sorting out how best to cull old layouts, I have done two things:

The storage for the Scrappers User group has been doubled
The Upload limit has been set to 3 per day

Hopefully this will help. I also removed the change I made that allowed uploads to multiple galleries to see if it is why some people (Me included!) got a weird screen when uploading. I'll test uploading again and see, but it MIGHT be the weird screen appears once under certain (unknown) circumstances then never again. I saw it once and can't make it come back to check it out! It seemed quite a straightforward change to make but weirdness ensued....
