I have a box of old cutting blades and honestly don't know how to dispose of them. With the strict recycling we have to do I just kept putting off throwing them away. Ashamed to say it's all the cutting blades them from my Craft Robo, original Cameo and Cameo 3.
Any ideas please?????
Only thing I can suggest is to wrap them in sheets of newspaper - very thickly - and put in general rubbish. you could see if anybody needs the coloured caps though.
I tape all broken used blades to thick cardboard- several sheets on both sides or put them in any glass container with a screw top like a milk chocolate bottle. All goes in the recyclable bin.
We're wouldn't be allowed to put them in the recycle bin in the UK we can only put paper/cardboard/plastic or glass bottles and jars Petrina
Yes, we put the blade inside a glass jar and then we have to separate our glass/paper/cardboard/plastic and dispose of them separately from the regular garbage...then our trash Company picks that up separately from the regular garbage to go to a recycle plant.Quote:
