Angel Company Policy

hÄnglar & stÄnglar is an Angelcompany, and we allow you to sell your art as long as it is handstamped by yourself! We do not allow any kind of copying or mechanical reproduction of our images or anything that relate to our images. You are not allowed to mount our stamps and resell them like a business. We also ask you to not sell or take part in swaps where the purpose is to spread uncolored stamped images.

Sugar Nellie welcomes artists who would like to use our stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited license to use any Sugar Nellie stamp images for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale, under the following criteria:
Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited. This includes selling stamped sheets. All Sugar Nellie images are copyrighted, which means that they may not be copied without permission.

Penny Black Terms and Conditions for Limited Commercial Use of Penny Black Stamps and Other Products.

1. Penny Black stamps and images are original artwork created by or for Penny Black, Inc. and subject to full copyright protection.

2. As such, its stamps and images are sold for the personal use of the consumer, without right to reproduce the copyrighted images for commercial purposes.

3. Penny Black, Inc. permits its valued customers the following limited rights of commercial use: All stamp impressions must be made by hand. No mechanical or other form of reproduction is permitted. Only limited quantities, not to exceed 36 per design, may be made for commercial use. In connection with each commercial use within these permissible limits, the user shall clearly display on the project the following: “Image: Copyright Penny Black, Inc.”

4. Commercial use that violates or exceeds the above restrictions is prohibited and shall be considered a breach of the copyrights of Penny Black, Inc.

Personal Impressions
Our Personal Impressions hand stamps are often used by crafters to create greetings cards, tags and items of stationary etc. to be sold. All Personal Impressions designs are copyrighted and may be use on items to be sold only with written permission from Personal Impressions (E. M. Richford). As a general rule, permission will be granted for production of not more than 100 items in a 12 month period. All items should be clearly marked Personal Impressions © and may only b sold at craft fairs, house parties and similar events.

DewDrop Craftz sells their stamps within the realms of the 'Angel Policy'.. This allows customers who purchase any stamps from DewDrop Craftz to use the stamps on items for personal use and for commercial use on items they wish to sell for profit as long as they are handstamped and not mass produced.. No image is to be copied manually or mechanically including, but not limited to graphical reproduction, photocopying, altering in any way..

As long as the stamps are HANDSTAMPED you are free to use them in any way.. and we would love to see your creations.

Stampin Up Angel Policy

Stampin Up! welcomes artists who would like to use our stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited licence to use any Stampin Up! stamp images for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale under the following criteria:

1. Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means—graphic, electronic, or mechanical—including photocopying. Mass production, assemblyline construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited.
2. All of Stampin Up!’s images are copyrighted, meaning that they may not be copied without permission. To help protect the rights granted by these copyrights, all craftwork created for sale using Stampin Up! images must be marked with one of the images from the official Stampin Up! Limited Licence stamp sets shown in the Idea Book & Catalogue.
3. There are no quantity limits on for-sale, hand-stamped craftworks that abide by the restrictions as stated in this policy.
4. Completed, hand-stamped projects may be sold at competitive and non-competitive retail locations, temporary craft events, community fundraisers, and over the Internet. In selling hand-stamped projects, the seller must make it clear that the items are hand-made, and not a product of the company. The seller may indicate the supplies used are from Stampin Up!, but the Stampin Up! logo may not be used in any way for the sole purpose of promoting the sale of hand-stamped projects.
5. Stampin Up! images may not be used to create logos or trademarks.
6. Persons creating hand-stamped items for sale are responsible for complying with any applicable business and tax regulations.
7. Persons participating in this Angel Policy assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify Stampin Up! and its artists from disputes arising from their work.
8. Stampin Up! UK Limited is incorporated in the United Kingdom. The laws of England and Wales shall govern this policy. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceeding arising from this policy. Any failure by Stampin Up! to enforce any of its rights will not constitute a waiver of such rights.

Willow Designs operates under the Angel Policy and encourages crafters to use any of their stamps to create makes to sell for profit.
Any make sold for profit should be hand stamped by the seller, any of our images should not be reproduced in mass in any way.

We have both original designs, for which we have an exclusive copyright, and designs that are adapted from works in the public domain. (while the original is copyright free, our adaptations are copyrighted)

You may use the Stamps Away range of stamps to create items for sale as long as the images are stamped BY HAND, We expressly forbid mechanical or digital reproduction of our images. Mechanically or digitally reproduced use of our images violates our copyright.

We do not set a limit to the number of items you can sell from any one stamp, you are only limited to the fact that the item that you sell must have been hand stamped each time. If you are in any doubt then please contact us for clarification.

Queen Kat Designs Angel Policy

We have both original designs, for which we have an exclusive copyright, and designs that are adapted from works in the public domain. For designs adapted from works in the public domain; while the original is copyright free, our adaptations are copyrighted 2006 through the present. Kat’s Stamping & Scrapbooking (dba Queen Kat Designs) is an Angel Company. We want our
stamps to be used and enjoyed. You may use Queen Kat Designs®, stamps to create items for sale as long as the images are stamped BY HAND..

This use has been surpassed when quantities of greater than 50 are produced by hired employees for the purpose of mass marketing. For further details or permission on additional use, please email us at info@katstamps.com. We expressly forbid mechanical or digital reproduction of our images. Mechanically or digitally reproduced use of our images violates our copyright.

Please credit Queen Kat Designs® when submitting artwork made with Queen Kat Designs® acrylic stamps.
